SIMON MOTTRAM
Simon Mottram is the founder of Rapha, a sportswear and lifestyle brand dedicated to road cycling. Before launching Rapha in 2004, he spent 15 years in brand consultancy, holding leadership roles at Interbrand, Circus Communications, and The Fourth Room. With expertise in brand strategy, corporate identity, and luxury marketing, he also served as marketing director and head of brand consulting at Sapient.

SOPHIE DEVONSHIRE
Sophie is an experienced business leader, entrepreneur, marketer, and bestselling author. Across her career she has worked in and with multinational companies (including Procter & Gamble and Coca-Cola) as well as high-growth start-ups and agencies (Leo Burnett in the Middle East and Interbrand, London).

RUSSELL MCATHY
Russell is a marketing data guy – having consulted or worked with some of the worlds largest brands he now is building the future of marketing tech whilst continuing his passions to change the way data is used my organisations all over the globe. Having run in-house, agencies, consultancies and his own tech businesses Russell has experience from working with startups to global enterprises. He now is Co-Founder and CEO of Ringside Data – helping brands answer smarter questions with data.

WILL ANDERSON
Will helps businesses grow, ideally with purpose, impact, and as little corporate nonsense as possible. As Chief Growth Officer at StrategiQ, he’s focused on winning the right clients, building lasting relationships, and making sure great work leads to real results. His career has taken him across the world, often into complex and challenging environments. Will thrives on bringing clarity to chaos, cutting through noise, and turning strategy into action.

JAMES BAVINGTON
As Chief Product Officer of StrategiQ, James leads product development and client experience across all of our departments. Having started his career in 2006 as a designer and developer, James has developed a wealth of technical and marketing experience working with global brands on award winning campaigns and projects.

SARAH SMITH
Sarah CPO of StrategiQ will be hosting a session on how to align our teams to growth and value for our agencies and organisations. Now more than ever we need our teams to be motivated and perform for our clients. Last year Sarah steered StrategiQ towards Sunday Times Best places to work and Campaign Best Employers awards. Along with guest speaker and performance coach Tony Moorcroft you'll be treated to a masterclass in performance leadership.
